First things first.. Drink as much water as you possibly can; not only does it hydrate your body but it cleanses you and your skin. 6-8 glasses at least.
Adopt a skin cleansing routine.. Either do it at home every night or if you are a lazy bone get it done from a salon every fortnight for the results to show. ( I will be posting about cleansing technique in my coming blog posts)
Wear a good quality sunscreen. Consider it an essential beauty product..( IF you want to look young for a long time) :-) There are a lot of good quality products available in the market. It protects your skin from harmful sun rays preventing premature wrinkles, age spots freckles etc..
Use minimal makeup especially foundation. Opt for the lightest coverage foundation in this heat.. Let imperfections in your skin show.. Embrace it!! There is nothing worse like a pastry sweaty face :S... BB creams are a very good alternative for foundations in summer season having the lightest coverage of foundation plus added bonus of sunblock. (ThumbsUp)
As for hairdos, go for tied up hair such as ponytails, braids, buns and
other cute fun girly hairstyles..
